AMC A-List

Mrs. S and I needed more date nights since we gave up USF sporting events. I'm not a big movie guy, but Mrs. S loves them, so I purchased two of these memberships. We go to dinner and catch a movie at least once a week, twice if we miss a week. We went to see "The Upside" last night and, since we had company and missed last week, are going to see "Alita: Battle Angel", tonight.

 

I don't know if other theater chains have the same, but with this one you pay $24 a month and can go see up to 3 movies a week. If you only see one a week, it more than pays for itself.

Wow, that’s a great deal! From what I’m aware, no cinemas around here offer anything like that at all.

 

There’s an AMC in Newport, I didn’t know anything like that was going on.

The A-List membership is good at any AMC theater, nationwide.

 

AMC's are all over the place down here. We watch most of our movies at the AMC Veteran's 24, near my home. Thursday night we decided to have dinner at Craft Street Kitchen near where I work. Therefore, we watched "Alita: The Battle Angel" at the AMC Woodlands 20, which is in the same plaza.

Mrs. S picks the movies. She wanted to see "Bumble Bee", this week, but it was already out of the theaters, so she picked "A Star Is Born". I think she wants to see "Green Book" next week.
