Mayfield has driven the ball all the way inside the Metcalfe 10 yd line and has it 4th and 3 at the 8....Time out Cardinals...

Mayfield went for it and barely got the 1st down....1st and goal just inside the 5 yd line...

On 2nd and goal from the 1 yd line, Shelton takes it in for the Touchdown on a QB sneak......12 play, 65 yd drive that ate almost 6:00 off the 1st qtr clock... 7-0 Mayfield...

On the ensuing kickoff, Touchback...Metcalfe takes over 1st and 10 at there own 20...

Metcalfe runs 3 plays and forced to punt on 4th and 6 at the 24....Mayfield fair catches at there own 47 yd line....1st and 10 Mayfield

The Cards move the ball down to the Metcalfe 13 yd line but Metcalfe holds on 4th down and take over...1st and 10...On 1st down, Warf completes a 3 yd pass as time expires in the 1st qtr and will have it 2nd and 7 at there own 16..... Still 7-0 Mayfield leading...

Metcalfe has come out passing alot early to negate the Mayfield size advantage in the trenches.....Big 27 yd completion out to there own 43 yd line on 3rd and long to get them out of the hole...

1st qtr stats - Mayfield 99 yds total....88 rushing and 11 passing...7 1st downs....Metcalfe 4 yds total...-8 rushing and 12 yds passing...0 1st downs...

Metcalfe forced to punt and Mayfield has the ball on there own 48 yd line...

The Cardinals forced to punt after a couple of penalties and a 7 yd loss and the Cards botch the snapp and Metcalfe has it at the Cardinal 35 yd line...1st and 10...
