What does Dayton need to do to improve in 2019? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I really hope that Dayton can get things headed in a better direction, I would think getting the numbers up is where it has to start. From there I would say that getting the players to not only believe in the system set forth by the new staff and then get them hyped to play in that system.
