Brandon Dubinsky gave Columbus a 3-2 lead midway through the 3rd period, but Erin Ekbland tied the game for Miami with 2:13 left in regulation to send the game into overtime. OT started with a breakout by the Jackets. Pierre Du Bois was taken down with hook and a punch to the kidneys, by Jonathan Huberdeau, but he still managed to get a pass to Seth Jones for the game winner, 18 seconds into the period.

 

Anthony Duclair and Josh Anderson also scored for the Jackets.

That Dubois pass/assist to Jones was a thing of beauty. The skill level is incredible on that play because PLD has to control the puck while sliding and move it across ice to Jones. I loved that play.
