Besides the Cat’s Pause, which was written several months ago and is ancient history in some cases, does anyone know when the press is coming out with their prognostications for top regional teams and players? Courier Journal, Herald Leader, Enquirer, Post etc.

Bluegrasspreps will be released later in the month. Like you, I feel it's more important to be accurate than first.

The Times-Tribune will be out on Thanksgiving Day.

The Kentucky Post & Enquirer normally release their previews the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, if my memory serves me correctly.

The Ashland Independent's preview is later in the month and is usually pretty good for the 16th region.
