Now is the time for DeSales (9-1) to find its early season form. Lately, the Colts haven't looked like the same team that defeated St. X and Butler to start the season. Newport (6-4) hasn't won consecutive games since Week's 1 and 2. That's a feat they'll need to accomplish now in order to extend their season.

The Colts have been playing seniors and sitting some starters which is nice....Now that its playoff time I hope that they kick it up a notch and take care of business early. Like to see them gain back that early season mo that's been missing for awhile. This team has been a pleasant surprise as they have a small senior class and the expectation lower than last year. So with that said, let's get this thing started....

It’s a tall task for the Cats. Newport will have several athletes who can play. Davis, Jackson and Porter are legitimate playmakers. Im not sure Newport as a team though can match DeSales. Would love nothing more than to see the Cats shock the state of 2A and advance. Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening.
