Holmes 6 Harrison County 0

Featured Replies

Holmes gets their quarterback back just in time for districts and pulls out a hard fought district win in Covington. Really impressed with number 44 of Harrison, the young man is only a sophomore but is a load to bring down. Holmes defense was impressive keeping pressure on the qb all night. Good luck to Harrison County and congrats to Holmes for getting that first win.

Congrats Bulldogs!

Feels good doesn't it.

James Walker makes a huge difference for the Bulldogs. He has a really good arm and now the Calloway twins can be put out in space. They still got to find a way to muster up some sort of a run game.

Tyeon Tate for Holmes had a highlight film interception in the first half. One handed grab with full extension to snuff out a potential touchdown.

Harrison County's Devin Fields...6' 239 pound fullback had to be over 100 yards rushing. He is a bull.

The interception was at the one yard line, drifting towards the sideline, full extension and one handed. It was a thing of beauty! Timely turnovers helped the bulldogs. Happy Holmes got their first win. Thats a young team with a bright future.
