In another weather shortened game in Week 2, Anderson County (3-0) blanked Mercer County 28-0. Charles Collins had nearly 100 yards rushing and 2 TDs in the first half. Valley (1-2) got in the win column with a 27-12 win over Iroquois.

Anderson wins big. Valley is bad.

No disrespect intended to Valley, but I forget that they even exist most of the time. Same thing with Iroquois. There's just so many public schools in Jefferson County.

As for this game, Anderson's backups see the field early and often.
