After spending all of 2017 in the top 10, the Bearcats (2-0) are back, largely due to a defense that's given up just 12 points through the first two weeks. Holmes (0-1) fell short against Bishop Brossart, 24-18, in their opener. WV hung a running clock on the Bulldogs a year ago.

WV should be back to near full strength for this game.
