newarkcatholicfan
The Buckeyes overcame seven base on balls by starting pitcher, Shelby McCombs, to defeat South Florida 3-1 in opening round play of the NCAA softball tourney. The game was locked at zero, when Freshman Taylor Stevens laced a three run double to give the Buckeyes the lead. The three RBI was her first three of the season. Lindsey Devitt had the only RBI for S.F.
