Yeah probably, but they had some Region contenders in the early 2000's. I think they made the finals one year, but ran into Chris Lofton. Paris has had some nice teams as of late, but after 2005, Bourbon just dropped off into the bottom tier of the 10th Region.

They lost in the semifinal to Mason County that year. Made it to the region final in 2004.
