With their 21-0 win over Palmer in the state final game, Soldotna, Alaska has ran their win streak to 59. Yes I watched this game(On demand)from the feed off of (nfhsnetwork.com).

 

The current 59 game win streak trails only the 70 game streak that Kimberly, Wisconsin has gone.

 

I have got to watch both teams this season.

I have always had an interest in visiting and/or living in Alaska. Being an avid outdoorsman and all.

 

Pretty cool that you had the opportunity to watch the game. How many kids are in their school and how would you compare them to a school with similar size in KY?

They are D-2 (Only 3 Div) in Alaska.

 

Not sure of the number of students in the school.

 

As far as how they would stack up against other schools, it would be hard to tell. I have only watched 2 games ever from Alaska. I am going to watch their big school final, just to say I did.

 

I think anytime you win that many in a row, you have to be able to compete against most schools your size. If they were to play any of those schools at home, I think they would be the favor more times then not.
