USA Today has Covington Catholic ranked #22 in the nation after an impressive week with wins over Moeller and LaSalle.

How much stock do you place in these rankings?

 

Regardless...it’s still pretty cool

None...but it is GREAT for the state for people / teams around the country see a KY team in the Top 25.

A lot you look at the teams and the players on those teams all high level guys and highly recruited. USA Today puts a lot of time into these rankings and if you talk to college coaches in the know they will say these are pretty accurate.

I’m “buying” that polls are great conversation starters. The poll you are referencing is USA Today’s “Expert Ranking,” as opposed to their “Computer Ranking,” which stacks a little differently. I agree with MTGL and you, that it's great to see Kentucky schools get some national exposure.
