Mustangs place 15 players in the scoring column en-route to running clock win.

Brossart played a 10 man split-squad (4 minutes each per quarter) in the first half, opening up a 43-11 advantage that saw Junior J.D. Schumacher put up 12 of his game-high 16 points.

In the third quarter it was a mix and match lineup, and in the fourth the JV team took over.

St. Patrick played extremely hard and never gave up, outscoring the home team 41-33 in the second half.

In addition to Schumacher (whose dad is a former St. Patrick Saint), Zach Hamburg was our other double-figure scorer with 12.

Senior Baylen Bauer led the Saints with 13 points on the night, while Brevin Jones scored 11 points, all in the third quarter before fouling out. Jones was 8 of 8 from the charity stripe, while the team knocked home 21 of 23 attempts overall.

Brossart welcomed six new players to the all-time varsity scoring list.

The Mustangs improve to 1-1 on the young season and will welcome the Beechwood Tigers for a tripleheader on Friday.

Congrats on the win.
