It is that large...every year Scott and Campbell County battle to win the 10th and go to state. In 2012 with the realignment Scott and Campbell County have split the 10th Region Championship 3-3.

Campbell defeated Harrison Co and Scott defeated Montgomery Co to set up another 10th Region Final between these two schools.
