October 25, 20178 yr The Lightnings decision to keep Mikhail Sergachev with the big club is already paying dividends as he scored off the assist from Steven Stamkos to give the Lightning a 2-0 lead. Kucherov and Stamkos both extended their point streak to 10 games. Johnson, Sergachev, Namestnikov, Callahan and Kucherov all had goals. Kucherov scored his 11th of the season and leads the league in goals. Stamkos had two assists and leads the NHL with 20 points. Vasilevskiy made 31 saves for his seventh straight win. The Lightning improve to 8-1-1. Jaccob Slavin scored for the Hurricanes and their goalie Scott Darling made 24 saves. Carolina was scoreless on four power play chances.
October 25, 20178 yr They just keep rolling. This one was close for a little while but the Bolts took care of business in the 3rd. Good to see Kucherov get another goal, even if it was with 4 seconds left.
