ATLCat Posted September 30, 2017 Posted September 30, 2017 Pikeville fumbled at the Hazard 1 and tossed an Interception threatening in a Goal to go situation late in the 4th. Credit to Hazard for a hard fought win where they made the big plays late, credit to Pikeville for bringing the fight tonight and showing they have a bright future ahead. Those red zone turnovers happen with a bunch of Sophomores and Freshmen, next year I anticipate Pikeville to take a big step forward.
JC Alumni 76 Posted September 30, 2017 Posted September 30, 2017 Congrats to the Bulldogs in pulling out the win. It appears to me this may be the year the Paintsville Tigers get to play on the carpet. Lots of Football to be played, but the Tigers are looking pretty strong right now.
Bac2369 Posted September 30, 2017 Author Posted September 30, 2017 Pikeville come out just wanting it more. Plus switching QB may of changed this offense around quite a bit.im eager to see if Pikeville stays with the change. Pikeville needs to use their Depth a little more. Hazard will be just fine. They got to straighten up on penalties. They get to many. This game is a rivalry and I would expect nothing more. The good thing is this locks up home field for a couple games in the playoffs.
ethanball Posted September 30, 2017 Posted September 30, 2017 I think the bulldogs were tickled to death when this game came to an end.fun game to watch.good luck to both teams the rest of the season.
