Living in the Huntington/Ashland metro area this hits home for me. I encourage anyone and everyone to watch it though. It's a very good documentary on what's going on in this region of the country.

If you want to go deeper I'd recommend reading Dreamland by Sam Quinones. Does a great job covering the cause of the epidemic and how hard any solution will be.
