Oklahoma won at OSU and USC won impressively, both were more impressive than the Penn St win so they moved above them.

 

FSU dropped due to Oklahoma St at 2-0 looking better than FSU at 0-1.

 

You can't get too worked up over polls at this point in the season, ever team has to settle into where they belong...it will all make more sense in about 5 weeks.

The USC win was extremely impressive.
