Not a bad effort.

 

Pikeville is too high based on what they have in experience entering this year.

 

Nicholas County lost a lot so hard to place them at 10.

 

The rest is reasonable and defendable.

I would drop Pikeville to 7 move everyone else up a spot and 10 is a wild card anyone of a dozen teams could wind up being 10th. There is a pretty big gap in the third ranked team and fourth place. 4 through 8 are a lot closer than 3 and 4.
