Don't know what to make of it...the guy admitted to drinking, told officer he had "two beers" (if cops had a nickle for every time they pulled a drunk over for DUI and heard that one...) but the guy sounds intoxicated. If we was intoxicated, that could have had a large affect in this interaction, ad who knows what was said/done before he whipped out his phone.

 

With that said, does that lady know the definition of "insubordination"? So does she think she's that guys boss now? :lol2:
