Breds take it on the chin tonight in the final game of the evening tonight in Carrollton in the Carroll County Classic.

 

Game starts off on a good note for the Breds......with one-out in the NewCath 1st, Jr. 2nd baseman, Lexy Breen, goes yard for her 1st career "Johnson". However, that would be all the runs the Breds could muster against Lady Lions So. pitcher, Kelsey Perkins, as she would allow only 3 more NewCath hits.

 

Garrard Co. would get all they needed in the 1st has they would score 3 runs on 1 hit, the only error of the game, and 4 walks.

Garrard has had a couple of odd results but they have a nice team. Perkins I'd becoming a very nice pitcher.

Does the pitcher Kelsey Perkins play hoops (or tight end:lol2:) for Garrard Co.?..........Good Lord, she has really nice size for a sophomore. :scared:

 

Also wanted to mention NewCath's Lexy Breen's 2nd at bat. After being down in the count 1 ball 2 strikes, she proceeded to foul off not 1, not 2, not 3, but 9 pitches before getting a walk. :ylsuper:
