Thought this would be a fun thread. This year was my first time going to the entire State Tournament. I went in 2005, 2013, 2016, 2017.

 

The people I hung out with the his year were the 30+ Bracken County people who go every year. I stayed with people who have gone 33 straight years. Also was with people who have been 21 straight times, and they are 21 years old. And many other seasoned Sweet 16 veterans.

I met kids from Hazard and Pikeville as well who stayed in the Hilton last year too.

 

One thing I found cool was this 70 year old couple who lives in Alabama. They are originally from Kentucky, but for the past 4 years have made their way to the tournament.
