Kong: Skull Island

I watched it tonight and was more impressed than I thought I'd be. The effects are amazing and they did good with it considering the time period that it's in. John C. Reilly played a good role and was pretty funny.

Looking forward to watching it ...

Saw it Saturday night at Regal Wilder. Was a pleasant surprise.

If available check it out in 3D. Well worth the extra dollars!

I did too, definitely sure that it made it better.

Was a pleasant surprise.

Conversely, and maybe I went in expecting too much, but I found it to be hokey and disappointing. I did not see it in 3D. Again, could well be my issue with going in with high expectations, but overall, I'd give it a "meh".

And i think i was pleasantly surprised because i was expecting hokey and had very low expectations...; )

Enjoyed the battle scenes and the graphics. They're setting the stage for a Godzilla esque series if you catch my drift!
