Conner 8th heads down to Lexington tomorrow and Saturday to play in the 8th grade middle school tournament. It looks like Beechwood is playing too...Raiderbird you will have to post updates for us so we can see if the Tigers can continue their impressive winning streak in Lexington.

Are the Tigers bringing the boys who moved up? Is Draud going?

They are not going down.. Mattingly is no longer aloud to play 8th so they decided not to go..

Conner had some close ones, but ended up losing both. 1st game last night the Colts came back from 14 down, but just didn't have enough time left to pull it out. Today, the pace was very fast, just didn't hit enough shots down the stretch.

They are awaiting their schedule for Sunday now...

So, too bad for the other kids because our chances aren't as good?

Other kids and parents were fine with it.. Time to move on to baseball and other Spring sports. 33 games was enough for a middle school basketball season..

What are they supposed to say?

Yes, 33 games is enough but it would not have been enough if the player was able to play.

Conner boys lose a close one at KBA. I wasn't able to attend but heard it was an entertaining game at the end.

KBA Website said Wolfe County won 57-56 over Conner
