January 22, 20179 yr Winter looks to make its return by the end of the upcoming week. Temps should begin to fall over night Thursday and by early Friday morning be in the upper 20s by around 7 am ET. There is a possibility that there may be some light accumulations of snow by 7 am. This is mainly east of the I-65 corridor. Dusting to around .5". There maybe a serious of snow showers throughout the weekend but for now looks like little or no additional accumulations. Please note, these totals could change because we are still several days away. I'll update later.
January 24, 20179 yr Author The models are not in real close agreement yet on the possible weekend snow. The GFS has the snow moving in a little sooner on Thursday with accumulation snow possible by Friday morning. The NAM is a much slower and not showing this at this point. I'm going to update in the morning.
