Clay County seems to really be struggling. They've lost six of their last eight, with the only wins coming against Berea and Jackson County. Several of the losses have been close though, so maybe they're just snake bit. Any thoughts?

Clay has played well this year. They play very hard. They just not been able to get over the hump. They did beat Cordia this year. only lost to Harlan co by 5 and had corbin beat at corbin till some mistakes late and lost by 6. Lost to Hazard by 1

Had a lead over Corbin in the first half. Not close to having them beat. Corbin came out in the second half and took control of the game. Corbin stretched the lead to twelve or thirteen points and Clay made it respectable with two or three late threes. The game was never in doubt in the fourth quarter.

Clay is better than their record shows. They are capable of making some noise in the post-season.
