On a separate note - I don’t know how the various professions that come across this stuff deal with it….. police, social workers, health care providers, etc. I would be a mess.

Preach it. In my opinion she loses all claims to the kid from here on out, and I could even be talked into her having tubes tied so that she can't have any other kids and potentially do the same to them.

 

The problem with tubal ligation is that most doctors will refuse to perform one on a young woman if requested or will try to talk them out of it. They think the woman may change her mind in the future and then it's too late. I think there is even an age requirement in some states.
