LSU wanted him and couldn't get him. I imagine that if the one school that has a soft spot and the money for Jimbo can't get him away from FSU then for the next several years it will be hard for anyone to get him.

 

I also wonder if his recent divorce played into his thought process to stay at FSU. Ex-wife and kid are still in Tallahassee. He leaves they won't be coming with him.

 

I thought that as well. His son is a huge part I think
