Watched this one of FOX SPORTS ONE. The badgers uses a big 16-0 run to pull away from a feisty Marquette squad today. Leading the Big-10 team with 18 points was,Bronson Koenig(La Crosse, WI) Chipping in with 16 off of the bench was,Khalil Iverson(Delaware, Ohio)

 

For the hometown Golden Eagles,Markus Howard(Chandler, Ari) led the way with a game high 22. 14 above his season average.

Halftime presentation to the 1977 NCAA Championship Marquette Warriors team. My sister was at today's game. She was a senior at Marquette in 1977 and recalls running down Wisconsin Avenue to Lake Michigan after the big win with the rest of the students. Fun times.
