Collins at Western

Titan JR Lucas led the state of KY in passing yards and TD passes (tie) in the regular season. WR Dalton Maggard led 4A in receiving yards (by a wide margin) and TD receptions. Payton Hawk was 3rd in 4A in receiving YPG and Nasean Roseberry was just outside the Top 10. The Titan defense has shown growth in recent weeks. These two schools have great playoff history despite Collins only being in existence for 7 years.

Should be an interesting and high scoring game. Western is improved from last year but not sure they can beat Collins.

I always dreaded going to western in November. You are right that there had been some all time classic matchups between these 2 in the playoffs. I don't see western scoring with the Titans. Give me Collins 49 Western 26.

The Titans did not disappoint. Cam Harris set school records with 4 picks in one game and 7 on the season. JR Lucas threw his 40th TD pass of the season, breaking Branden Cresap's record of 39. Zach Stucker was HUGE on both sides of the ball. Titans will go to Shelby next week.
