1. Belfry vs. Pike County Central

2. Corbin at #10 Casey County

3. Lexington Catholic at Garrard County

4. Central vs. Henry County

5. Caldwell County -- OPEN

6. Bardstown at Thomas Nelson

7. Russell at Bath County

8. Boyle County at Western Hills

9. Elizabethtown at Larue County

10. Casey County vs. #2 Corbin

The only two Top 10 teams playing each other this week is #2 Corbin at #10 Casey County, could we see a surprise happen in that game? Who else could shock us with a loss this week? What teams could move up or down next week? What teams are waiting to get in the Top 10?

So it looks like this class may playout very much like last year.

 

- Belfry is East favorite

- LexCath is West favorite

 

In the East it seems Belfry/Russell will have to fight it out in the region. Corbin/Casey may have a rematch in the region.

 

In the West it seems LexCath/Boyle/Central/Bardstown are favorites to come of that region. And E-town and Caldwell are favorites in the other region.

 

Even though Belfry is the favorite. This is overall a very competitive class. Some undefeated teams still going and the 1-loss teams were close, close losses.

There was a thread about this a couple weeks ago. If Belfry wasn't in 3A, this class would be winnable for about six teams this year.
