Bottom 4 in each conference get put into the Toilet Bowl. The team that wins the Toilet Bowl wins their spot back next season. The other 7 teams are out. The exception is if any of the bottom 4 (read: my team this year) has won the league before or has been in the league for 10 years, they are exempt from the Toilet Bowl.
