Anybody know the backstory behind CBS broadcaster Jim Nantz's shoutout to the Beechwood Tigers and Coach Noel Rash during the national telecast of the Bengals-Dolphins game Thursday night?

Quite a coup for the Tigers, and Rash.

I watched the game last night and somehow I missed that one. Bummer. Is there some place where I could see a clip of that?

When they do the high school shout out on those primetime games, the broadcast crew will ask for recommendations from the PR department for the home team. Jack Brennan is the Bengals rep and several Bengals did some workouts at Beechwood in the preseason. It wouldn't surprise me if Brennan told them about Beechwood. Pretty awesome shout out
