The only comparison I made between Conley and the big guy for Anderson County was their size. Conley is a beast and will be a superstar. Most people in the state that know anything about the 2021 class know this. Not just me giving my opinion. The other eighth grader Whitlock and Conley will be getting minutes on varsity not just riding the pine and as I said earlier the reason for the enthusiasm is that the junior class is very good also. Year after next will be the year with possible upsets this year. Conley is a athletic freak. Dunking this summer before he started eighth grade. Spencer County played very well this summer in the summer league with the two eighth graders getting significant minutes. Quality players in the junior class. Come to some games this year and you will be shocked. Guaranteed.

Coach Burns great guy, great coach. I hope he does get the talent to compete at a higher level. But might be wise to let these 8th grade "boys" prove themselves against junior and senior "young men" before you go off the rails. If they can do that, then you know you have a special player.

What type of 8th grade team did West Middle School have last year? Seen a lot of 9th graders to be this summer, Trinity is loaded, Bullitt East looked strong and Collins had good looking group.

Will Conley and Whitlock be playing any 8th grade or will they strictly be varsity/JV?
