Best Freshman players in Eastern Kentucky?

Featured Replies

Houston McAnnallen at Pikeville will be a stud before its over.

This kid will be a stud...When McAnnallen is a junior and Harmon is a senior Pikeville will not only have one of the top backfields in class A but possibly the state.

I look for good things out of North Laurel's Adrian Wardrup, QB. He is now the starting QB, throws a nice ball, and fairly fast. Will just get better with time

I agree. He has good size (about 6' as a frosh), nice footwork, and does throw a pretty ball. Has pretty good arm strength for a frosh as well. He has earned the starting QB spot and will just get better with more experience. I look for him to finish strong this season. He could be that missing weapon they have been needing this season and his performance last week with no Asher in the lineup shows that he is already stepping up for the Jags! Good call Boucher! :thumb:

Josh Alber is a running back for Ashland. He is a load to bring down and I think you will be hearing alot from him if he will stay at Ashland.

Will Rice RB/LB from Russell. I caught the first half of the Russell/Greenup freshman game tonight. The kid is going to be really good. It was 22-0 Russell at the half by the way.
