Seems like a pretty big deal, but maybe I'm off base.

Seems interesting...Google has obviously done a LOT through their involvement in the telephone industry, although their involvement has been through developing their complete own platform.

 

Maybe this is Yahoo getting ready to give the telephone biz a more serious go?

Verizon just dumped a large portion of their internet, TV, and land line telephone business, selling those portions to Frontier.

 

Seems strange.
