Yeah actually MC has a few basketball players that play football (that I know of). Probably the most notable are Keyshawn Simpson and Chavez Dean. Both are around 6'2 and 200 or so. Keyshawn had a few runs last night that were VERY impressive for a sophmore. He was plowing people and dragging West tacklers and providing the tough running the Indians need. I am not looking into this win too much but with MC breaking in all new skill players on offense (except at QB) this was some much needed confidence.

MC always has a ton of athletes, the problem this year is they are very young ones. The game against West or really any game, they can take it to the house at any time legit. The word to describe the offense is explosive. They run into problems when they play big physical teams that have speed as well (such as Dunbar, Highlands,etc.). I think the Oline is much more physical this year and could really surprise some people. I look forward to the trip to Highlands in October.:thumb:
