Does anyone know of a company or persons who will install a window unit air conditioner in Northern Kentucky? The unit is located on the 2nd floor.

It's a pretty easy task. Is there something unusual about this install?

It would involve a ladder and removing a 25,000 BTU and installing the new one

Most, if not all, of the ones I've seen, have been installed from the inside.

The last one we had installed took 2 men and it is supported by brackets on our roof.
