I know football season is upon us but what are some of the top players in the state who do not play football doing this fall?

 

Is it time to take a break before October is upon us or what?

Unfortunately KY doesn't allow participation in basketball from the beginning of school until the end of the season. I know in Ohio they can play up until around the start of the H.S. basketball practices, Oct 15th.

 

Hopefully the basketball players who are not involved in fall sports are working out, and shooting ever day, this is not the time to "take a break".

Alot of open gym and weights.

Most ball players arent "taking a break" right now. They are either liftin weights every day or shootin every day working on moves that they will use during the upcoming season. But most stars don't ever take breaks during the off-season they are training for the next season. Because that is what i do.

All the true basketball players that I know are GYM RATS . In a gym 365 days a year. If you are any kind of player you will be in that gym or on a court somewhere. That is what it takes .

Yea they are either gym rats or street rats. You always either see them in the gym or on the streets playin ball. That is definitly me lol. In fact i jus got back from outside runnin and shooting ball. It was 8:30 am too!!!!
