Manual hired a very good coach. Scott Carmony's teams at Butler always played hard and were fundamentally sound. He also won't spend a lot of time whining about others. If the players but into his work ethic they'll be fine and should see immediate results.

Wish Coach Carmony the best! I know they lost some HUGE guys on the DLine from last year. They have a very difficult district so keeping up morale early will be key.
