Jack Fagot, a 2017 safety from Lexington Catholic, received his first D1 offer from Southeast Missouri State. Fagot led the Knights in tackles from his safety/linebacker hybrid position last season.

Also at the Nike Rating day camp in Atlanta a couple weeks ago Fagot placed first on testing day out of 2,630 athletes from across the south with a rating of 116.55 which places him in the 99th percentile for his class.

The rating score comes from his numbers in 4 testing areas: the 40 yard dash (4.59 electric timed), Vertical jump (40.5 inches), Powerball Toss (39.5 feet), and a shuttle run (4.25).

41" inch vertical!! I like it. I look forward to watching him play this fall. Does he play basketball or any WR for LexCath or is he strictly football and only defense?

He was a QB. He was their leading passer actually with over 1200 yds and 16 td throws for the year.

Not to mention their leading tackler with 109 tackles.

Pretty impressive athlete.

You're thinking of his twin Kirk who was the QB. The Knights are lucky to have them both.

Just played football and only defense this past season.

Ah, you are right. I remember when Belfry played them, looking at the stats and wondering which one of the 3 QBs would take the field.

Just imagine if that egg hadn't split.

I'll be looking for him this season. It looks like he is a hell of an athlete.
