Well Red Bull won the title and everything is horrible so let's think about next season.

 

Two pieces of news already this offseason:

 

Ottawa Fury and Tampa Bay Rowdies are leaving NASL and joining USL. I don't think they'll be the last, but perhaps the last this season.

 

USL announced Friday that they're finally adopting the FIFA standard rule on substitutions. Instead of five subs, teams will only get three substitutes in a game starting in 2017.
