Rebels pick up their second win of the season with a great team win.

Elmore was on the mound and picks up a complete game win with an impressive outing.

 

Defense was excellent for the Rebels tonight with great diving plays by Russell and Domaschko. Rebels pick up their 6th dbl play of the early season.

 

Boone had their offense hitting on all cylinders tonight . Every Rebel got in the books with Nyman, Saylor, and Knoebel all getting their first varsity hits.

Don't know the young man's name but #27 for Grant Co looks impressive. Had one of the few hits the Braves had and heard he's only a frosh.

Grant has a good team, just wasn't their night. Every team will have that. While taking pre-game infield, starting shortstop takes a bad hop to the face causing him to lose a front tooth. There was very heavy wind gusts which caused a few defensive mishaps and was one of those games where one team seems to have everything going right and the other team just can't seem to get it going. Nice place to play.

I'm assuming you are talking about Damion Inguls. Kid us going to be a stud. Took one yard last year as an 8th grader. Grant doesn't have much outside of him though.

Yes Damion Ingguls is #27 for Grant County, kid is only a freshman, got his 1st varsity homerun last year as an 8th grader. Almost hit one 1st game this year. Plays travel ball for At The Yard. Plays football and basketball too. Keep an eye for him, going to be making some noise in the coming years
