Bulldogs looked a little better this week. After the first three series on offense, where they only had two first downs, settled down and played fairly well. Marquis Clay scored 2 TD's, Colby Haney scored one, and Stephen Willis scored a TD. Clay and Willis are Soph's and Haney is a Sr. Jerrell Greene, Dunbar's Soph. Tailback hurt his knee early in the game and did not play the rest of the scrimmage. Will not know his status until next week. Franklin Co. QB Kaelin Ammons looked good as the Flyers threw about 45 passes in varsity play for three quarters.

Varsity score 28-17 in favor of dunbar. FC gave up a td run on pooch kick to right before half making it 17-14 FC. Dunbar went ahead after a FC fumble on their own 20 or so. FC looked good at time but has some work to do.

Dunbar still has a lot of room for improvement. Will need it with MBA as their opener.

How did the Ammons kids do? I have seen him multiple times and he is one of the best QB's I have seen in Central Kentucky. I believe his running ability makes him better than anything else that he does. This kid can make people miss tackles.

I dont recall 4 i believe it was 3 one good drive, one ko return, one on after a fumble in the black zone? when was the 4th?

After further review there is sufficient video evidence to support the call on the field- 21-17 after 3 which was varsity, 7-6 in the 4th which was JV.

FC went up 10-0 in the 2nd, Dunbar scored to make it 10-7, FC came back down and scored again to make it 17-7, Dunbar ran back a KO to make it 17-14 at the 1/2. Dunbar scored near the end of the 3rd- 21-17, Fc punted at the start of the 4th- JV's went in for both teams.

who did the scoring for Franklin County??? Ammons, Taylor, Metcalf, did someone new step up?

Taylor didn't play, Ammons didn't run or play defense. Hicks scored a TD, Metcalf had one, a freshman- Thompson scored once and they had a field goal.
