Christian County didn't look very sharp tonight but still come away with a big victory. I just can't see anyone beating this team. If Hopkinsville makes it through their half of the bracket I don't think playing for a 4th time will matter. Christian County may win that one by 10 or more.

This game was never a question. Henderson just not the typical Henderson team, they had a decent season, but no match for County. To be honest, I don't see losing. Hopkinsville might want another shot at them but at this point in the season, I will not be surprised to see Webster beat Hoptown.

Henderson's streak of 14 straight first round region tourney wins is kaput.

This wasn't your typical Hendo team this year. Although they will bounce back for sure next year. Smithhart has some great young, talent on that team. The Webster/Hoptown game should be a dandy tonight. Newton and Haworth are great coaches who have had time to prepare for this one.

 

I really would like to see the battle-tested Tigers play the Colonels for a 4th time. In my opinion, the outcome is still up in the air at a neutral site.
