Perry Central bounces back after the Southwestern blowout.

The one thing that could be Perry's Achilles Heel is they do tend to rely quite a lot on 3 point shots. If those aren't falling they will struggle against stronger state competition, and maybe even in the district vs Hazard. The night I saw them beat Hazard in overtime they hit 13 treys, and that is what saved them because they trailed for most of the game. I talked to a few of their fans and they said they had been a consistent shooting team all season. But if they catch a cold shooting perimeter night they could be in trouble.

They are the best team in the 14th but they don't have much wiggle room over Hazard, and Letcher Central, with June Buchanan in the hunt to spring an upset, too.
