Lady Royals opened the game with a 20-9 lead, but did not score the final 11:25 of the 1st half and trailed the Lady Vikings 23-20 at halftime. :eyeonyou:

Mason came out hot and jumped to a 20-9 lead and forced Rowan to use three timeouts in the first quarter with the third one coming at 3:14. From that timeout Mason never scored another point the rest of the half. Mason out scored Rowan 31-19 in the second half. Mason missed several lay ups but made 8-12 on three's. Good game by Littleton with 14 points and 4-4 on three pointers. Mason now 19-3 on the year.

Referees took O'Mara right out of the game with two touch fouls early in the first QTR. She picked up her third in the second QTR.

Mason missed an unbelievable number of layups last night. I know there was pressure but you have to make those.

 

It sure seemed like Berry had more than 20 for Rowan. She's just a freshman so she's going to be a force in the 16th for 3 more years.

They say she is the best in the family so far!
