January 15, 201610 yr I get YOU believe she should be investigated maybe even tried. BUT for Treason and get the traitor's penalties? That was my point. We disagree on the importance of the emails and their security risk 5 years ago, but hanging is a little much for these alleged offenses when all our govt could muster for real treasonous acts was a few televised Congressional hearings. I agree Mt refs comments were extreme. But whether it was negligence or willful she needs some form of penalty. Where more stiff penalties could come is if FBI uncovers the Clinton Foundation and donations influenced state department decisions. There are even rumors circulating from FBI sources off the record there may be an FBI revolt if the justice department refuses to prosecute. They compare it to the same threatened revolt with Nixon and the justice departments hesitation.
