Reading into statements sure causes way too much. Your right Onetoya on all ya said! You've been really supportive of Evans. That's partly why I listened and am willing to sit back and watch what happens before making predictions. I'd like to see Bracken come back with a good game and have one worth watching!

Of course we know the last game is gonna be worthwhile for both sides. Always a good rivalry. I really liked the year they did the in your face thing over the 50 yard line lol.

Well, that got a little blood pumping on both sides, but until we face off I think both sides should have a common denominator of making NEKY Football GREAT again. Sometimes we get too caught in us vs them and it makes for bad blood.

I'll tell you now that we in Tomcat Nation expect Coach Evans to do well and we'll help if he askes. Obviously when Ashland plays Boyd County the gloves come off:fight: But at the same time we want ALL teams in our area to do well.... To be honest its ALL about the kids...Teach'em and coach'em to be good people and I know you all have the Coach to do that.

Good Luck to the Lions in 2006:thumb:

Last year I spoke with alot of Bracken Co. Parents at the game. Their starting line up were all home with the flu and out of the game so maybe this year they will have a better line-up. And considering it was a realllllly young football team, I believe only in their 3rd season showing up with half a team was a rough one on them for sure. Anyone know what they did with the rest of their season? And yes $$$ is definately what got them up here so I don't think they were really worried about the outcome of the game as much as what the games did for their booster program's funds.

Considering how the rest of the season went... (lost the rest of thier games by wide margins, with the exception of 1, i think) It may have not made a diffrence, but I hope we look better this time around

Well let's hope y'all come back with a good game! Like Onetoya said, it's all about the kids getting fair treatment and learning. Honestly I don't go to games with this win or die attitude. I just like seeing good clean games for everyone to enjoy. Good luck to both the Tomcats and Bracken Co.!
